Not Real Money: Virtual currency (like gems or coins) and items in Olympus Mythic Spin have no monetary value outside the game. They cannot be converted to real currency or transferred to other games.
Acquiring virtual currency or items grants you a revocable license to use those game features — not ownership of any digital property.
Game Balance Changes: We may modify, rebalance, or retire virtual items as we update the game. Material changes to purchased items will be communicated in advance.
You may not sell, trade, transfer, or gift virtual items or currency to other players outside of explicit in-game mechanics.

What We Own
All content in Olympus Mythic Spin — including art, animation, audio, music, characters, storylines, code, and interface design — is owned by or licensed to Glam Gaming Studio and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Fan Content: Personal, non-commercial sharing of gameplay content is permitted and encouraged. Commercial exploitation of our IP requires prior written permission.
What You May NOT Do
- Sell, redistribute, or commercially exploit Olympus Mythic Spin's content
- Create unauthorized merchandise featuring our characters or art
- Claim ownership of our content
- Remove copyright or trademark notices
- Use our trademarks without written permission

Warranty Limitations

Limitation of Liability

Glam Gaming Studio will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of data, lost profits, or service unavailability — whether based on contract, tort, or other legal theory.
Liability Cap
Our total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of these Terms or your use of Olympus Mythic Spin shall not exceed the greater of: (a) the amount you paid Glam Gaming Studio in the 12 months before the claim; or (b) USD $100.
Exceptions: These limits don't apply to liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including liability for fraud, gross negligence, or death or personal injury caused by our negligence.
These liability limitations are an essential part of the agreement between you and Glam Gaming Studio. Without them, we could not provide Olympus Mythic Spin at its current price.

Your Indemnification Obligation
By using Olympus Mythic Spin, you agree to the following indemnification obligation.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Glam Gaming Studio and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against all claims, liabilities, and costs — including reasonable attorney's fees — from: (a) your Terms violations; (b) your Olympus Mythic Spin use; (c) your content; (d) your law violations.
Defense: Glam Gaming Studio reserves the right to assume control of the defense of any matter subject to your indemnification. You agree to cooperate with our defense of such claims.
Notice: We'll give you prompt written notice of any indemnifiable claim and provide reasonable cooperation in your defense.

Class Action Waiver: You waive any right to bring or participate in a class, collective, or mass action lawsuit or arbitration against Glam Gaming Studio.
Opt-Out: You may opt out of arbitration within 30 days of accepting these Terms by emailing our support team with 'Arbitration Opt-Out' in the subject line.

Ending These Terms
Understanding termination helps you make informed decisions about using Olympus Mythic Spin.
You Can Leave Anytime
You may stop using Olympus Mythic Spin at any time. To delete your account and request data deletion, contact our support team. Uninstalling the app does not automatically delete your account or data.
We May Terminate Your Access
Glam Gaming Studio may suspend or terminate your access, with or without notice, for: serious or repeated Terms violations, fraudulent activity, harmful conduct affecting other players, or as required by law.
When your account is terminated: (1) access ends; (2) earned virtual items may be forfeited; (3) provisions that by nature survive (IP, indemnity, arbitration) remain enforceable.
We may discontinue Olympus Mythic Spin with reasonable prior notice. Refund eligibility in such cases will be evaluated under applicable law.

Applicable Law
These Terms shall be governed in accordance with the following legal jurisdiction.
The laws applicable in the jurisdiction where Glam Gaming Studio is registered govern these Terms, without giving effect to conflict-of-law principles.
Venue: You agree that any legal action not subject to arbitration shall be filed in the appropriate courts of the jurisdiction governing these Terms.
EU/UK Note: If you're an EU or UK consumer, mandatory local consumer laws apply in addition to this Agreement. Nothing here removes statutory consumer rights.
